Contract administration and CDM co-ordination

As part of our project management service clients can utilise our resources for general management of the building contract and extend this to nominating us as the formal CDM co-ordinators for the project.

In this role we will deal with all issues from the initial drawing up of the contract and the stage certificates dealing with the rectification of defects and the final certification for sign off.

Working to the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 we are also able to act as the designated CDM Co-ordinator for larger projects, advising the client on health and safety issues during the design and planning phases of the construction work.

The CDM Regulations 2007 dictate that a CDM co-ordinator has to be appointed for projects that last more than 30 days or involve 500 person days of construction work.
