Block Management Case Study; Defects Repairs.
The block manager for this purpose built block of flats had a number of complaints from owners regarding dampness to this highly exposed building on the seafront at Clacton on Sea.
G Dolden & Associates Ltd has undertaken a full survey to ascertain the cause of the dampness on this modern built property.
We are currently in the process of undertaking a full cost plan, programme of works and will then be undertaking contract administration for the external defects repairs.
As part of our works, we are also undertaking full consultation with the owners and residents and issuing S20 notices.
