Boydens, are the Block Management agents for this iconic Art Deco building had received a number of complaints from owners regarding dampness to this highly exposed former hotel on the seafront at Clacton on Sea.

G Dolden & Associates Ltd has undertaken a full survey to ascertain the cause of the dampness in this solid walled property which was built in an exposed position and had suffered with penetrating dampness and deterioration of the render finsih..

We have sproduced a specification of works and tendered the works an agreed staged programme.

We will be undertaking the Project Management of the external decorations and defects repairs. Works are scheduled to be on site in summer 2016. As part of our works, we are also undertaking full consultation with the owners and residents.
